System Requirement Analysis

Originating Requirements: Example System Engineering Software

In this module, we will be discussing system requirements, how to analyze the requirements for the development of systems, the tools for enabling the development, and the originating requirements.

Functional Architecture Development

Functional Decomposition

The IDEF0 Diagram

In this module, you will learn how to use IDEF0 to decompose functions in sub functions and then learn to use those subfunctions to create a hierarchical function structure.

Physical Architecture Development

Implementing Fault Tolerance in Physical Architecture

Operational Architecture Development

Methods of Allocation of Function

Interface Architecture Development

In this module, you will gain a better understanding of the physical architecture of the system. The allocation architecture will be covered in more detail and you will learn how to identify the necessary requirements.
